"We stayed in Isabella for 9 nights, and we enjoyed our stay a lot! Staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Hotel was very clean and modern and the rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily. Pool area was nice and food and snacks were delicious and in good price! Especially would recommend pizza Margherita! Location was convinient and with a scooter it was easy to explore different parts of Sorrento and even Positano."
Nos alojamos en el hotel 4 noches. Quisimos hacer algunos cambios para dormir en positano una noche y lo hicieron sin problema y siempre con una sonrisa. Nos guardaron la valija y nos ayudaron con todas nuestras consultas. Las chicas de la recepción son super atentas y simpáticas. El hotel es muy limpio, las camas muy comodas. El baño nuevo, el wifi anda perfecto. Lo unico que cambiaria de la habitación es una cortina para que no se vea la ropa y agregar un estante en el baño. Lo recomiendo 100%. Son 15’ caminando al centro y sino tenes un bus enfrente que te lleva directo por 1,60€. El desayuno es bueno, la zona de la pileta muy linda.

The Hotel staff should all get the highest award every given in the hospitality industry !!! They not only accommodated our EVERY request but they anticipated requests we did'nt realize were even part of the amenities ! Chef Johnnie & his Tanya wife cooked our delicious breakfast every morning and came over to our table with it straight out of the kitchen ! Lina and Peter, our wait staff, well if there was such a thing as " 6 stars " they should each get one ! as they made us feel as if our name was above the entrance in bright lights ! The front desk concierges did everything and anything they could to make us feel like this was more than a hotel, they made us feel like it was our home ! Carla, Luccia and staff !Thank you all so much and when I came back to the hotel and was ready for a cup of espresso because I was worn out, Matia was there for my rescue ! The housekeeping staff led by Yolanda I can't say enough about how our rooms were well kept and anything and everything extra that we needed Yolanda and her staff accommodated us so far beyond our expectations that I can't thank them enough ! And last but certainly not least Antonio did so much more than his job description as the man maintaining the building I watched him early in the morning making sure the garden look good and laid at night in the kitchen by the pool and anything and everything else the hotel needed he certainly stepped up to the plate beyond most employees I've ever come across in my 60 years ! He even brought me special pastries on Father's Day that were fantastic ! His attention for detail could define the phrase in any encyclopedia ! I could go on with more accolades for this staff but no matter what I wrote it would never comprise how excellent they were thank you all so very much ! Dino B Florida
